Children

Helping Children Express, Understand, and Navigate Big Feelings Children don't always have the words to explain what they're feeling. Sometimes anxiety, stress, or difficult experiences show up through behavior, emotional outbursts, withdrawal, or challenges at home or school. Through play therapy and child-centered approaches, children can express themselves in ways that feel natural to them while developing healthy coping skills and emotional awareness. Sessions are supportive and developmentally appropriate, with caregivers involved when helpful to support progress beyond the therapy room.

Adolescents

Support for the Challenges of Growing Up The adolescent years can bring big emotions, changing relationships, school pressures, and questions about identity and confidence. Therapy can give teens a safe, judgment-free space to talk openly, understand what they're experiencing, and develop tools to navigate challenges. Together, we'll work on building confidence, managing emotions, strengthening coping skills, and navigating changes at home, at school, and in relationships.

Families

Creating Stronger Connections at Home When one family member is struggling, the whole family can feel the impact. Family-focused therapy can help you understand what's happening beneath the surface, improve communication, and create healthier patterns of connection. We'll work together to better understand each person's needs, practice new ways of communicating, and develop practical strategies that support a stronger, more connected family.

Adults

Support for Life's Challenges and Transitions Adults can experience seasons when life feels overwhelming, relationships feel difficult, or things simply don't feel the way they used to. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and work toward meaningful change. I support adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, emotional challenges, and other difficult seasons, using a compassionate and individualized approach.
