I am a child and family counselor who understands that childhood, adolescence, and parenting can be both joyful and challenging. I believe early intervention and supportive, collaborative care can create meaningful and lasting change. My goal is to provide a safe, encouraging space where children and caregivers feel heard, supported, and empowered. I work closely with clients and parents to identify individualized goals and develop practical strategies for growth and healing. My approach is grounded in behavioral and cognitive-behavioral therapy and incorporates evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, trauma processing, play-based techniques, psychoeducation, and positive reinforcement.
I hold a master’s degree in counseling from Oregon State University Cascades, am a Nationally Certified Counselor, and am a member of the American Counseling Association and the Association for Child & Adolescent Counseling. I have specialized training in Trauma-Focused CBT and Play Therapy and am also a credentialed yoga instructor. I practice counseling full-time and specialize in working with children, adolescents, parents, and adults, with experience supporting concerns related to behavior, anxiety, depression, ADHD, early childhood development, family dynamics, abuse and trauma.

Comprehensive mental health services for adults utilizing trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies such as CBT and mindfulness. Our compassionate approach helps adults heal from past experiences, manage stress and anxiety, and build a foundation for emotional wellness and personal growth.
Family Therapy and Wellness Counseling
Holistic family-centered services designed to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and support the entire family system. We work with families to navigate challenges, build resilience, and create a thriving home environment where all members can grow and heal together.
